What we collect

How we use it
We use your details only to send you updates about The Black Rabbit — our opening, events, and occasional offers. We do not sell or rent your signup information.
Sharing
We share your details with the marketing platform we use to deliver our emails and text messages, solely so those messages can be sent on our behalf. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits, successful signups, and clicks on reservation, phone, and directions links and to support advertising optimization. Where enabled, Meta receives page URLs, browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers, and these interactions. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or redemption tokens in pixel parameters. This sharing may be considered sharing for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals by not loading the pixel or sending events. Enable GPC in a supporting browser to opt out on this site; you can also manage how Meta uses information through your Facebook ad preferences, though those preferences do not themselves disable this site's pixel. Without a consent banner, tracking is limited to visitors confirmed to be in the United States; it is disabled for Europe timezones and when location cannot be determined. No advertising customer matching or server uploads are enabled.
